โรงพยาบาลสวนสัตว์ Animal Farm Veterinary Hospital

Their name is ironic because, much like the George Orwell book the clinic is named after, they will exploit you as much as possible without any real concern for your animal's safety. My first visit with them was okay, and although I definitely paid 'farang price' (over 1,000 baht for an exam and some pills), I was satisfied with the service so I didn't mind. After that first visit, I contacted them a couple days later with an emergency, and they left my messages on 'read' all day, their only response being a YouTube video tutorial on how to give a cat medicine (which wasn't even the issue). Wondering what was up, I went into the clinic to find the entire staff just sitting down doing nothing... no explanation or apology, no one taking accountability for reading and then ignoring my texts where I literally begged them to respond. It was only THEN that they offered to examine my animal again, but as no one wanted to work late, they told me to take him to another clinic. I took their advice, paid half the price at the new place, and haven't been back.
