Animal Hospital Bangkok - Ratchada.

i have been taking my three cats to this vet for years for regular check ups, minor issues and all the vaccines. mostly had no issues, even though sometimes staff wasnt attentive or reacted to me with a bad attitude i didnt mind. it was until my eldest cat was severely ill. i took her here urgently because she was having difficulty breathing and was an old cat, after the check ups and treatments we got to know she had several illnesses. but what worried me was she got extremely worse after the vet visit. my cat was having more difficulty breathing, wouldnt eat or drink, lost 2kg in 2 weeks. they did a very stressful procedure (to remove water from lungs) which made my cats condition worse. my cat was almost lifeless when i called the vet begging them for help, and if they cant help, to euthanize my cat as she was in severe pain for weeks in a row. they proceeded to force feed, give injections, lock her up in an oxygen room, offer to stay overnight. when they saw nothing helped they agreed to euthanize my cat, which for 12 years i'd visit here for every problem. when i was sobbing for the loss of my pet that i loved, they took me to the cashier and gave me the check bill. ruthless. no signs of compassion.
