I had to take my dog because of acute poisoning (but turned out to be okay!). I arrived without an appointment, the staff welcomed me warmly. They immediately got the doctor and checked my dog, no second was wasted. The vet was competent, friendly and spoke good English. The nurses also spoke English very well. The receptionists were all very polite. The vet explained everything calmly. The building is very modern. I don’t know why other reviews say the security guard is rude, he was super friendly to me and even called me a grab. So overall very good place. I was surprised how cheap it was, blood work and emergency inspection for my dog plus meds less than $50??? I know for Thailand it’s a lot, but compared to America… 🤗

Clean and modern animal hospital with a nice setup. I didn’t use the vet service since I have exotic pets, but I stopped by to check out the pet shop area. They mostly focus on dogs and cats — food, health products, a few clothes, and accessories. There’s also a swimming pool for dogs and a hydro treadmill for pet rehab, which is cool to see. They have grooming and a pet hotel service too. In front, there’s a small café and plenty of parking for customers. Overall, looks well managed and pet-friendly. #MindyNReview #MindyNCarysme

no intention to help or treat my dog only delays, misinformation, and attempts to take more money! After an aggressive examination of my dog’s prepuce at this clinic, his condition became worse. He developed severe inflammation shortly after the visit. To select proper treatment, a preputial bacteriology test was required. I fully paid for this test, and I was clearly told that the results would be ready within 5–7 days. neither after 5 days nor after 7 days were any results provided. On the 8th day, the clinic started claiming that I needed to wait several more days for a doctor to return, in order to receive an “interpretation” which they suddenly said would cost an additional 300–500 THB. Only after I demanded the names of staff responsible for the test in order to file a complaint, the clinic finally sent me the laboratory report. It then became clear that the test had actually been completed two days earlier! This means the clinic withheld a ready lab result, misled me about its availability, and attempted to extract additional payment for an interpretation that was never disclosed in advance.
