Do not use these guys for your home insurance. Asked for Insurance 2 years in a row. Not once was there an indication theft wasn’t included which you would expect as a bare minimum and also partly my fault for not double checking. Very poor communication and follow ups pre requiring a claim and then once I needed to claim no follow ups or responses as to why the claim was rejected. I would never use them again in this region.

Lacks commonsense & integrity. Heres a warning to you all buying travel insurance. They won’t pay for covid caught during the trip. Plane returned back in Bkk ~5pm, woke up with fever at ~5am. They denied Covid coverage citing that it requires ‘you to see doc 12hrs after landing’. WTH! Got symptom at 5am and expect me to rush to Emergency service at 5am?! Call ambulance just to beat 5am for a fever?!? What a waste of resources if everyone patronizes Emergency department for everything little thing just to beat the insurance loophole. So selfish & wasteful. Pity those who really need Emergency service. When medical clinic to opened at 9am , i got doctor consultation and it turned out to be Covid (takes 2-3days to incubate symptoms) definitely caught it during travel period. So in principle, they know it’s on them but still denied. They will take advantage of this 12hrs loophole (in this case, it was due to a 4hr delay waiting for doctor clinic to open) . Axa is not where you buy your peace of mind, only frustration & disappointment for a measly B900. Take your business elsewhere, to a company that actually values their customers and fairness.
