Today I visited this office for my documents information and processing procedures The department is highly convenient and friendly especially Jintana is a highly professional there and knows English very well. Jitana walked me through whole process in the most easy way possible. We need more people like Jitana for being cooperative and friendly while staying highly professional

Picked up copies of the kid’s birth certificate in both Thai and English. Super easy process. Very smooth for a government office! I think they were 10 baht per copy. Cash only. No QR bank transfer payments…

Really not talkative staff there I might say! Firstly, skipped us in the queue without telling us they didn't even put us there, then proceeded to say we won't be able to do our paperwork in the next month while we actually got it done the same day at a different district! Also the lady at the counter talking to us was lowk judgemental

There isn’t much information on the internet but here it is. If you are getting married here as a foreigner to another foreigner. This are the things you need to know. 1- You need the legalised documents from MFA 2 - The booking system found on Google is fake (trust me I just went there) 3 - You need 2 appointments. 1 to check documents and another to sign the papers. You can walk in and be prepared to wait about 2 hours. The second appointment is usually 1/2 months later if your document check went smoothly. You can only make a second appointment if your document check went smoothly. So plan accordingly. 4 - your legalised documents expire 90 days from the earliest date that is stated on any documents 5 - you NEED Thai witnesses and translator. Your translator can act as a second witness. You can hire someone for this!
