Bangkok 1899 at Ban Chao Phraya Thammasakmontri

I came here for an event hosted by an embassy and was impressed with the space and how well it was utilized—from the entrance to the garden. I loved the traditional architecture and the painting in the main hall, which provided a great setting for conversation and various activities. The garden was also lovely and perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings. It’s such a cool place to chill. I heard it’s usually a café, so I might come back to try it next time. Based on my experience, I give it 5 stars.

Beautiful space! Host of local and international art collections. Available for rent for events as well! There’s a bar inside on the weekends. Not far from Chinatown!

I appreciate the effort to get this old house up and running. This beautiful home has an art gallery and a cafe area in traditional style. The decoration of this café seems simple yet charming. The green grass in front of the building makes it noticeable since the road. You can reach here within walking distance from the junction of the Golden Temple. A great place to spend your easy, relaxing weekend.
