Even though it was late at night, the staff (Miss Emma) responded to my urgent emails and messages very quickly, helping me coordinate our schedule changes. Their professional and kind support made our trip so much smoother. The driver was also very punctual and professional. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driving was safe, which was very important as we were traveling with a child. It was my first time using BangkokCab and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the service was. The driver explained everything clearly and made the whole trip comfortable. I was 1000% satisfied with Bangkok Cab service drivers are on time and kind also supportive plus drive so good safely and most of all manager was all the time reply so quick and give me confirmation on time. ⚠️ Important – Read Before Booking ~ Fully paid all-inclusive minivan booking via Agoda ~ Confirmed voucher issued ~ Less than 24 hours before pickup, company demanded 25% extra payment offline ~ Threatened cancellation with charges if we refused ~ Reason given: “updated terms / additional charges” ~ We have filed a police complaint Details - Paid in full online. Vendor introduced surprise charges at the last minute and pressured us for offline payment. Extremely stressful and unacceptable conduct. We booked a minivan in Bangkok through Agoda under a clearly stated all-inclusive price. Payment was completed online and a confirmed voucher was issued. No extra fees were mentioned anywhere, including the fine print at the time of booking. Today at 2:00 PM, when we called simply to request driver details for our 8:00 AM pickup tomorrow, we were informed of new “additional charges” that were never disclosed earlier. These charges appeared suddenly — like a Trojan horse — after payment, confirmation, and after the free cancellation window had expired. We were then: ~ Asked to make an offline payment ~ Told the booking could be cancelled from their side if we refused ~ Randomly placed last minute cancellation penalties ~ This is not just poor service, it feels deceptive and coercive. The handling of the situation made matters worse: ~ Phone representative was dismissive and unhelpful ~ No meaningful response via Instagram ~ Casual, indifferent responses on Facebook ~ No accountability, no attempt to resolve fairly Being placed under financial pressure in a foreign country, hours before travel, is deeply distressing. This experience caused unnecessary anxiety, uncertainty, and disruption to our plans. Due to the seriousness of the matter, we have filed a complaint with the police. I strongly advise future customers to be extremely cautious. Transparent pricing and ethical behaviour should not be optional.

We booked the car for 6:45 am and arrived the Suvarnabhumi airport meeting area (gate 3) at 6:50. The taxi didn’t turned up at the airport till 7:22 which is over half an hour late and the taxi driver didn’t apologized. So I decided to leave 3 star review ( normally I’m quite generous for it) deducting 2 stars for being late and not apologizing.
