We were a family with 4 children. I can say that I was more than satisfied with their van services. Very punctual and polite drivers, very clean cars and very good prices and one more important point: very good communication! Thank you again for all the trips and the help you provided. We booked a van with Bangkok Van Travels for 3 days in Bangkok for 12 people. The service was excellent—perfect timing, very flexible with last-minute plan changes, and always followed our requests without hesitation. They also kindly referred a reliable van service in Chiang Mai, which we used in CNX as well. Overall, truly quality service and a smooth experience.

.Driver was there 30 minutes prior departure and waited 30 minutes for us. The bus was super clean and plenty of room. Very stylish Interieur....a big plus. The fare from the city to BKK was about 400 THB less than with Grab (for a standard van only). We paid exactly what we agreed on at the airport. The driver did nit asked for anything extra or a big tip or so. But of xourse we paid an adequate tip. We ( group of 4 Adults with 6 big pieces of luggage) can only recommend this company.
