Walk-ins are welcome before 10:00 AM for free sterilization; no appointment is needed. There are cancellations every day. While appointments are limited to 50 animals per day, on the day we went, only about 20 animals were actually sterilized. Cancellation surgeries start at 10:00 AM, and patients can go home by 11:00 AM. Open Monday to Friday, closed on public holidays. Remember to withhold food and water from your cat or dog for 12 hours before surgery. Register before 10:00 AM and remember to keep track of the queue to ensure it's within the 50 slots available. This prevents staff from miscounting and claiming it's full, so you can dispute the scheduling. Please bring your ID card (one ID card per two cats or dogs).

We came to get microchips implanted on our three dogs. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the moment we parked until the microchips were implanted. We got queue number 62 around 1 PM. The queue was continuous, so it wasn't slow at all. We finished around 3 PM. The staff at the registration counter looked exhausted from writing all day, but they were so meticulous. We made a mistake with one dog's birth year on one form, and they immediately gave us a new one, saying it couldn't be erased and it was okay. We were a little worried at first, but it exceeded our expectations! 🫶🏻✌🏻

I took my dog ​​for free microchipping and rabies vaccination. I arrived at 2 PM and didn't have to wait long, only about 20 minutes. Remember to bring copies of your ID card and house registration, along with your dog's vaccination record (it's okay if you don't have one). All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Everyone was very polite, even though it was hot and there were dogs everywhere. The place is clean, although old, and has limited parking.
