We previously had good experiences with Boltech, but their service and system have significantly declined. We purchased a travel insurance policy online, but the issued policy incorrectly listed our trip as starting in Japan instead of Thailand. We had filled out the form correctly, so this was clearly a system error. We urgently needed the corrected policy for a visa application, but Boltech said changes could take up to 14 days. Their only solution was to buy a new policy from the same insurer and receive a refund for the original one. The next day, they requested additional documents - signed forms, bank book copies, and more - only to tell us again that the refund was not guaranteed. This was not our mistake, yet we wasted time, faced delays, and received no proper support. Be cautious when purchasing—what used to be a reliable provider now feels like a frustrating experience with no real solutions.

Agents won't give you good deals unless you show them what competitors have to offer. In my case, that was too late, I already changed broker by the time they gave their counter offer.

I am looking for health insurance, so I contacted Frank by Facebook late on May 28th. The following day (May 29th) by 11.00 am I still had not got an answer and wrote again, this time I got an answer. Since the information in the website is minimal, I asked to get the T&C's to read the small print and know what to expect, and the staff member said "I will coordinate with staff" to send me the PDF. After a few hours I contacted again, and I got the same info "I have coordinated with the staff again". Still waiting, I guess attaching a PDF is a big task. I wonder if this is the way they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how it will be if I need to make a claim. Not recommended.
