BX12 Boxing Gym

POSITIVES: ======================= Amazing gym with great instructors, clean showers, dry and well maintained equipment, good routine that includes guided warmup, intensive conditioning, pad pummeling with great combos, and sometimes light technical sparing. And the location is amazing as well - less than 1 minute walking distance from the MRT station. Went there for a month, and was able to spar much better in my gym, after I got back. NEGATIVES ================================== The only drawbacks of this gym is the price and the air conditioner. 600 bhat is a bit on a pricy side, but the morning 09:30 time slot is a "happy hour", costing only 350 bhat on weekdays. I, personally, found the air conditioner too cold for my liking, and even caught a cold a couple of times, in spite of wearing wool clothes from decathlon, especially after getting sweaty and then being cooled by the aircon.

Amazing gym, I did a class , died and returned back to life. Good coaches very friendly and professional. Small but perfect gym! You have showers and all the equipment you need. Variable work outs. 100% coming back! Thank you Ting!

We've already been there three times and we'll definitely be going back again! A great gym with amazing coaches who really listen and adapt to your level. The atmosphere is motivating and supportive — you feel yourself improving with every session!
