We were able to reach an agreement very quickly via WhatsApp. (We also contacted another company, and they responded within 24 hours, and only on the second day did they offer to consider other options.) The car was delivered to the hotel parking lot that evening; it was clean and had a full tank. We inspected everything, signed the paperwork, left a deposit, and spent a few days comfortably around Bangkok. We returned the car on time. The owner inspected the car, returned the deposit, and gave us a box of cookies. It was very sweet. I will definitely use them again!
