Last year we rented cars from Drive Car Rental and everything was absolutely perfect. The service, communication and overall experience were great, and that is why we chose you again this year. Unfortunately, due to our flight being cancelled because of the current situation in Iran, we are unable to arrive in Thailand on the scheduled date of our car rental. We completely understand that this situation is not caused by the rental company, however we are trying to inform you in advance and find a solution regarding our reservation. We have already sent an email and also tried contacting you via WhatsApp, but so far we have not received any response. Therefore, we are trying to reach you through this form as well. We had a wonderful experience with Drive Car Rental. They were super easy to book with, the hassle free drop off at a location that is convenient to us made the process even smoother. The car itself was fantastic - clean, comfy, modern. 100% be using them again. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

We came to Thailand on a family vacation with 7 people. We booked a 12-seater people carrier a couple months in advance online, so had some reservations. We asked for the vehicle to be delivered and collected from our hotel. I received a WhatsApp message the day before delivery to confirm the time, and on the day of delivery, driver and vehicle arrived at the time specified. Vehicle was clean and neat and the handover was as smooth as could be. We also took out the full comprehensive cover, which was a good thing as we did have a scrape or 2 during our travels. On the day of collection, we were delayed in traffic, I messaged the WhatsApp number and it was no issue to come a couple of ours later. Again, driver arrived on time agreed and the handover was smooth. The only issue we had was the driver taking a photograph of the credit card, including the security code number. I understand the hold that needs to be placed on the card, this is standard everywhere, but perhaps could be done better with a hand held card machine for example. It was a bit uneasy to have our credit card details just out in the wild. All in all, it was a pleasure to hire from Drive Car Rental, and will definitely do so again in the future.
