I can't say enough good things about Ebiclub! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with great advice on setting up my shrimp tank. Their attention to detail and willingness to help me every step of the way really stood out. Overall in the shop, everything's are good. I had been there for 2 days, and for both 2 days I feel the shop owner? Maybe the women is the owner, who provide a very good service and always have a smile on their face, while the strong man in the shop when I've been there for 2 times, he is like not welcoming me and should say is he don't know how to service customer. The shop looks quality, but the service level is not. Been very disappointed with this kind of treats. Today is my last day in Thailand, and I would like to give a chance to see improvement in my next visit. Hopes there's improvement in overall service level and hope we can have a smooth talk no matter in fish, shrimp or aquascape hobby. Thanks for the good treat from the women who can understand English.
