I did a group Muay Thai and MMA session while in Bangkok and highly recommend both if you’re in the area. The Muay Thai session felt almost like a private at some points where you’re getting at lot of one on one time with the coaches. MMA session had a lot of great sparring partners but was mostly sparring which I enjoyed.

Elite Fight Club in Bangkok is a fantastic Muay Thai gym with an amazing atmosphere. The training is solid and professional, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced fighters. One of the standout features is the incredible view — training here feels special thanks to the scenery around the gym. The pool is also beautiful and perfect for cooling down after a tough session. A special mention to the boxing coach, Joe Varden, who was excellent: knowledgeable, motivating, and very attentive to technique. Overall, a great place to train if you’re in Bangkok.
