Emerhub is promising to have “importer of records” in their service portfolio. We contacted them to ask for this service for multiple countries in which they operate. They made us pay 2000 USD for research. 4 months later and after many follow up emails including making their senior management aware, they have not delivered any report. We contacted them again last week as one of our shipments from Singapore to Thailand is stuck in customs and needs an importer of records service. While Angitta promised to be looking into it, 3 days of silence and no action from Emerhub. If you’re looking for a reputable service provider look elsewhere.
