Came over to rent out the car. The lady from the store told me that she needs a credit card to get security deposit. The appropriate credit card was presented. I made a clear point that I’m not going to allow my debit card to be scanned. She charged my debit card with the whole amount 6000 BHT and instead of making the copy of it she started to write down the card details. I strongly opposed that. I lost one hour my time and had a fight with her about the privacy laws. I guess if the customer pays the bill and leaves details of the credit card it should be fine but not in this office. Very disappointing service and terrible experience. Never again

I rented an old Nissan with 138.000 km and about 13 buts, a piece of trash but i needed a car and for 1.050 a day it was ok. But there is a sneeky trick in this agency: when you return the car they will present a fake M-flow ticket for toll on the M9 (the ring road around Bangkok) for 30 Bath accompanied with a 900 Bath service charge bill you singned for! They rip you off for 930 garanteed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY !!! Happy hollidays.

This Eurocar would likely qualify as the "dump" of all car rental in Bangkok on the grounds of vehicle quality, service, and staffing. Certainly I add the title of "legal theft" to their profile based on the SO-CALLED SERVICE CHARGE they add at-will; thus, a speeding ticket with 500 Baht fine becomes 1,436 Baht The car I got - if it can be called a car - is falling apart, the engine stops on its own while in park or neutral, barely has power to go, dents and scratches everywhere, missing parts. Yet worse, the rental contract mandates the customer's consent to have your personal details sols and shared as they may wish to do. WORTHLESS is the best to describe this car rental location. This is a MUST avoid in my book
