About

A matcha-focused cafe in Chinatown where staff explain the origin and differences between matcha varieties. The signature drink — matcha served in a wine glass — has become a talking point, alongside the kaya toast. A compact, interesting space.

Great matcha spot! The place is run by lovely people who took the time to explain the differences between the types of matcha and their origin. The interior of the cafe is really cool and has a nice relaxed vibe. We played a nice game of checkers while enjoying our drinks. Definitely would recommend!

Matcha in a wine glass are you KIDDING ME?! The flavour of the matcha is so great as well, truly authentic. Needless to say this was perfection, as was that Kaya toast. What a cute spot, and the staff is so kind and welcoming! The aren’t many spots downstairs but they have more seating upstairs. One of the best matcha places I’ve ever been to!
