This is not my first (nor will it be my last) experience using Bill and his team. In this case, I used it both for business, and for my wife who was transiting at a different time. I would not trust anyone else, from the airport VIP to the car services, it is always flawless and exceptional communication. It's not just Bangkok either, I have used them in other parts of Thailand always with the same exceptional service and communication. I have seen just a few other recent reviews which were not complimentary. Don't believe them, this is as they say "organized and sorted". A notch above.

My experience with First Class Bangkok was excellent . Golf cart was so fast. Vip Fast track was amazing. It took us 5 min for 3 persons. The transport to Pattaya was on time and perfect. Driver was good and drove us safely to the destination.The mini van was really clean.I sent multiple email for questions and I always receive fast responses. Next time I return to Thailand, I will use them again. Very good service.

I had a truly frustrating experience with this service, largely due to the extremely poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of the manager. From the moment I had an issue with my booking, I reached out for help, expecting assistance and understanding. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and rude responses. The manager was unhelpful and showed a complete lack of courtesy or professionalism. When I raised my concerns about the situation, they refused to take responsibility and didn't even try to resolve the issue. It felt as though they were more interested in brushing me off than actually addressing the problem or offering any solution. This kind of behavior from a manager is completely unacceptable, and it made an already frustrating situation even worse. Customer service is key, and unfortunately, this company failed miserably in that regard. I will definitely not be using this service again, and I would advise others to avoid it as well, especially if you expect any form of professionalism or decent customer care.
