Mixed feelings: Goal achieved, but the journey was long. I hired Frank Legal & Tax hoping to simplify and expedite my D-TV visa application. In retrospect, I view the process with mixed feelings: Ultimately, I received the D-TV visa, for which I am expressly grateful. Nevertheless, the processing dragged on for several weeks, which I have not experienced to this extent with comparable agencies before. The communication was particularly in need of improvement: email responses usually arrived only the following day or later. Furthermore, despite complete and centrally stored documents in Google Drive, there were repeated unnecessary inquiries and duplicate requests for already submitted documents. This led to additional delays in the process. Moreover, important, specific questions that were relevant to my decision-making were only answered very vaguely. The conclusion is that, as a client, the purpose of such a commission is the simplification and reduction of process burden, which was only partially the case here. The firm achieved the goal, but the journey there was more lengthy and inefficient than expected.
