About

A Sukhumvit noodle concept built around a large selection of frozen vacuum-sealed ingredients — diners pick what goes in the pot. The social media buzz is well-earned; the DIY format and variety make it a genuinely different kind of noodle experience.

INDIAN REVIEW: 4.5 STARS OVERALL FOOD: 5 STARS - The variety of noodles is surprisingly a lot even for vegetarians. Our personal favorite was salted egg variant. The vegetables and other toppings are also great. A single bowl of noodles with a few toppings is a good meal for one. LOCATION: 5 STARS - At the basement floor of the Union mall. A 100 baht car ride from Chatuchak market. SERVICE: 4 STARS - There is an attendant who helps around everyone. He gives the instructions and one needs to just follow them. He guides with the amount of time of cooking and water to pour as well, helpful for foreigners who do not understand the instructions written in Thai. The cleaning staff is slow and hard to find. We were waiting for a long time to find a table to sit and once we got one, there was no cleaning staff to clear the previous customer's plates and bowls. We had to clean up the tables ourselves.

Good Noodle in Bangkok has been creating a buzz on social media, and after seeing countless posts about its unique concept, I finally got the chance to experience it for myself—and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The idea of customizing your own noodle bowl from start to finish is both fun and refreshing, making it a must-visit for noodle enthusiasts like me. The process starts with picking a basket and selecting your ingredients. With a wide variety of instant noodle brands from different countries, along with fresh toppings like shrimp, fish balls, and vegetables, the choices are endless. What I loved most is how customizable the experience is—you’re in control of building your perfect bowl. As a foreigner, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Seeing that I might be unfamiliar with the process, the staff kindly assigned someone to guide me through the steps and ensure everything went smoothly. This thoughtful gesture made the experience even better. The atmosphere is vibrant, casual, and perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal. Good Noodle truly lives up to its online fame, offering not just food but an interactive and memorable experience.

I actually spent no less than 300.00 THB on the huge selection of frozen vacuum sealed ingredients and brought 6 packets of noodles (purchased in supermarket) from my stay in Kanchanaburi. I was gifted a free can of 7 Up Lemon Soda (expenditure of above 250.00 THB). I went there and cook 2 bowls of noodles for dinner. I enjoyed the cooking experience because they have cooking element and hot water dispenser for everyone to cook their noodles. This place have a huge selection of instant Noodles & cup noodles. Umm, it was alright. If you love instant noodles and you don’t mind paying extra, this is the spot for you. Good in a pinch with plenty of vegan options. I would rather buy a pack of instant noodles from a store myself, get some fresh ingredients, and load it up with healthy toppings for way less. Fun and interesting concept, but probably won’t return as I have higher standards.
