I am a pawrent from Singapore and I use Happy Pet Hospital & Happy Pet Care Pet Hotel to take care of my puppy before she is exported to Singapore. I am recommended to this pet hotel & hospital by Pomeranian Pukkard / ผักกาด ’s pawrent. I watched the introduction of their Pet hospital and Pet hotel via tiktok and saw that it’s a very clean environment with a play and run outdoor mini park for dogs (which my puppy love very much) and indoor climbing activity for cats. The pet groomer also has a spa tub and clean working stations. If I grade it like a hotel for people, this is maybe 5☆. There are veterinary services in parasite prevention (flea tick, deworm) I required before the pet export and Happy Pet Hospital assists me in having the proper requirement by animal import administered to my puppy. They are also knowledgeable about the process which helps me a lot. Admin SM & GG arranged the pet hotel reservation + transport for my puppy promptly and so efficiently. I am assisted very kindly by admin MD, JJ, AA and DD on Line and everything is going smoothly while my puppy is there. The daily updates of my puppy from the Pet Sitters Pang, Dai, Arthur, Nine really ease my worries if she is eating, how much she eats and if she did her toilet. I can see from the camera that my puppy is very comfortable in their care and always happily greet them. Overall, I am satisfied with the number of staff as well as the pet sitters at Pet Hotel and the service + loving care they provided to my puppy. They check on my puppy frequently (I can see from the camera) and clean up her mess fast (she is not trained to use the pee tray yet and did a lot of mistakes). They also wash her bed and rotate beds for her 👍🏻 With their pet hotel camera in pet room, I was able to check on my puppy any time of the day and also talk to her 🤩 This is really good and ease my mind. I took this chance of my puppy’s life to have her have quiet time as well as learn to rest as she is an extremely playful puppy and staying in the room (when she is not playing outside) have her adjusted to resting. I also like structured timetable for dogs and this pet hotel feeding / play schedule fits me. I highly recommend Happy Pet Hospital to all foreigners looking to export their pets from Thailand - communication and knowledge about the export process is so important - Happy Pet Care Pet hotel and Happy Pet hospital helped me in the care of my puppy while I handled the rest of the mandatory export & import requirements. Happy Pet Hospital also has a grooming and pet food store so there is no worries, you can ask for a grooming and buy any food for your pets anytime. Very happy with Happy Pet Hospital, Happy Care Pet Hotel. I have never met you and been to your lovely place (only watched on tiktok) but I can see my puppy enjoying her holiday there, Thank you so much! Edit 22 Feb 2026: I had my puppy pomeranian spayed this month and such a pleasant experience - the staff at Happy Pet Hospital and Happy Pet Care Pet Hotel arranged, facilitated my dog’s basic grooming appointment to spay to post surgery care to regular vet checkups on removal of stitches to back to regular activity (all in a span of 2 weeks). I highly recommended Happy Pet Hospital, Happy Pet Care Pet Hotel and their grooming service. Again the number of staff assisting, coordinating and caring for my dog impressed me and ease my worries about post surgery care. The detailed updates and checkups are done regularly and updated to me 🙏🏻 Thank you admin AA, MD, JJ, SK, GG, SS for coordinating the schedule. Thank you Dr for spay surgery, Dr Fah, Dr Feem, Dr Mew and Nurses for post surgery care. And Thank you to the Pet sitters Arthur, Nine, Pang (+ admin DD) who care for my dog post surgery. The staff are knowledgeable and careful about the post surgery care which makes me assured and the updates really helped me check-in on how my dog is recovering. They are so professional and gave attentive loving care to my dog. Thank you also to grooming staff, which I can see my dog love them too. ❤️

My dog has urolithiasis, so we have been visiting this clinic for over a year now. Her condition is stable thanks to the professional care and regular monitoring. We also occasionally come here for fungal infections, and the vets always prescribe the right medications that work very quickly. Overall, this is a great clinic with modern equipment and very attentive staff. I feel calm and confident leaving my dog in their care.

The team at Happy Pet Hospital does a great job of looking after out little furry family member! Very Happy with the Doctor's, the groomers and the fantastic Pet Hotel staff. I highly recommend!
