If anyone’s thinking about coming here, I wouldn’t recommend it. The vet wasn’t very nice. (well, there’s only one person who’s the problem.) I don’t know if she meant for me to hear her or not, since they were talking with the door open, but I overheard her say, “It’s not my responsibility to deal with or explain the charges. That’s not my job.” When I heard that, I was like… so is it my responsibility then? And honestly, what kind of vet is afraid of cats?

At first, I was thrilled that such a place existed. The staff seemed so kind and polite. But it turned out they were careless with animals. We left our dog at this clinic for just one day. In the end, we got him back with a scratched nose. They said he tried to approach the cats and got swatted. I thought, no big deal—he’ll learn not to mess with cats. Then we went to the pet customs office, and I noticed something was off with his paw, but I assumed he just stepped in some dirt. Only in the evening, when I started cleaning him up, did I realize there was actually a wound on his paw. So they told us about the nose because it was visible, but chose not to say anything about the paw—even though it was clear the wound had been treated. I honestly don’t know how anyone can trust this place.
