I recently hired a new vehicle for 5 days. Unfortunately, while driving, something hit the windscreen and cracked it, needing a replacement. I had the basic insurance, which meant I had a maximum of 10,000 THB excess to pay. When I returned the vehicle, they were very honest and only charged 8,500 THB. They also provided me with all the paperwork necessary for me to make a claim with my car hire excess insurance company. Both picking up and dropping off the vehicle, including the accident report, was a very fast and easy process, and the staff were very quick processing all documents and papers. I would recommend them as it is easier than going all the way out to the airport if you are already in town. I will use them again. The staff were very polite and helpful during the whole process. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole rental process was seamless — we were in and out in no time. A huge shoutout to the team for going above and beyond when I accidentally left my phone behind. They promptly contacted us and made sure it was safely returned — can’t thank them enough for their honesty and care! It’s so reassuring to have Hertz available in Bangkok, especially for those of us coming from the States who already know and trust the brand.
