This a kind of different coffee shop, or is it w library/book shop? The quality of the coffee is okay, not really special. But good enough. The staff is an friendly and the atmosphere is library-ish.

We were exploring the area and stumbled upon this tiny bookstore/cafe. We checked out the souvenirs and stationary. Looked like a cool place to hangout!

HOC is a political cafe and bookstore with indoor and outdoor seating along a canal. Only 2 non-veg sandwiches unfortunately. Occasional events and always a big heart.
