I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Monique from I Brokers. Monique has been exceptional in assisting my husband with securing health insurance coverage, despite his cancer diagnosis. She went above and beyond to find an insurer willing to accept his underlying medical condition. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated remarkable persistence, professionalism, and genuine care. Because of the trust and confidence she inspired, I chose to renew my own policy through her rather than dealing directly with the insurer. More recently, I underwent ptosis surgery in Perth. Monique and her team promptly assisted with the Guarantee of Payment application and followed up diligently on my behalf. When the hospital did not accept the Guarantee of Payment and I received the invoices (18 February 2026), Monique immediately reassured me that she would escalate the matter with the insurance company. By the very next day (19 February 2026), I received confirmation that my claims were being processed. For clients like us who are located far from the insurance company, having an advisor who shows empathy, responsiveness, and accountability makes all the difference. Monique and her team truly make us feel safe, supported, and secure. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring insurance professional.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Tristan & Amy for going above and beyond and offering service and support when needed. I was admitted to hospital in Thailand and in a lot of pain trying to sort out my insurance before surgery. Unable to function correctly and being by myself I could only think to contact the broker that organised my insurance. After sending a brief msg to Tristan he responded immediately and took details and told me not to worry he would follow up. Might I say this is not his job but he stayed in constant communication while himself and Amy made all the calls and got the claim started and actioned. This was a huge relief to myself in the condition I was in and an absolute credit to Tristan, Amy and I-Broker for the unwavering customer service, and support. I can’t recommend them more for insurance and will be sticking with them from now on as I wasn’t just a number and received the best service from real genuine people.
