" Integrity" ? Complete lack of integrity. I transferred 7,000 baht for consultation for obtaining retirement visa. Emails sent to Integrity Legal either not read or hastily read and key details missed. Poor and or sloppy office communication. Never told what to expect or how to proceed ? Several weeks back and forth to make whomever understand that I was in Thailand after I clearly explained this in opening email. Absolutely an exercise in frustration and futility. Ultimately left hanging with a " maybe you should find someone else " final email. Clearly someone not willing to admit the ball was dropped and unwilling to do the right thing. Complete contradiction of " Integrity ". Perhaps someone is spending too much time producing YouTube videos and not taking care of clients or reading emails. Charged 7000 baht for a 3 minute phone call. This guy is a hack despite the image he portrays on YouTube. Judging from many similar reviews left recently I would only add........Caveat emptor !!!

Very weird experience. Was referred to Mr Hart and really excited to work with him. Left my information for his office and they emailed me back a bill for ฿6000 so I could talk to Mr. Hart. I simply asked them what the ฿6000 would cover And how long I would be able to take Mr. Hart’s time. A reasonable request in my opinion however I got a very dismissive rude and unprofessional email from Mr Hart, who was annoyed that I had even asked questions about the fee which was just surprising.

I tried multiple times to contact Integrity Legal by email but never got a single reply. After weeks of waiting, I finally stopped by their office — only to be met with a condescending attitude instead of any real assistance. Very disappointing experience. If you’re looking for professional and responsive legal help in Thailand, I strongly recommend finding someone else. There are plenty of firms that actually respect their clients’ time and inquiries.
