About

A street food legend near Khao San Road on Soi Kraisi, where chef Jay Kob cooks with personality as much as skill. The tom yum kung is packed with flavour. Not open every day, so check ahead before making the trip.

This street food spot is a must-visit. Jay Kob is a real character and an incredible chef. The food was delicious, full of flavour. We only wish we could understand the language - Jay Kob’s energy and personality clearly add to the whole experience. Even without understanding every word, the atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Really cool street place. Staff mega friendly, food was next level. Chef is a legend and definitely worth a visit. Not open every day so check before going (Soi Kraisi). Not far from the main spots.

Top notch seafood spot next to Khao San Road. I had the stir fried fish which was packed with ginger, garlic and chilli. The chef here is an absolute legend, and she was always shouting, dancing and making everyone in the restaurant laugh (even though I didn’t understand anything as it was all in Thai haha). She is also of course an extremely talented chef as the food here is so delicious. Definitely worth a visit!
