the company seem like a fraud. from loop-sided agreement terms that are not enforceable by law (if the law is upheld properly) to forcing user to pay BUT they are unable to even generate a simple SOA correctly. - Accounting team seems to be incompetent as well, they said tax invoice has to be send on payment date which took me almost a year to get the correct tax invoice but they cannot provide one correctly, where payment in Aug they send tax invoice date Jan.
