JustCo – One City Centre | Coworking & Office Space

Edit (Feb 2026): It's been over three months since the contract ended and the deposit is yet to be returned, despite multiple attempts to contact. It's unfortunate, as the facilities and services were otherwise excellent. One of the best co-working spaces in Bangkok. New, modern space with great facilities. However, a couple of things to note: 1) The offices in Bangkok are not accessible 24/7, unlike the website suggests. The AC is turned off around 7 pm every evening and remains off during the weekend. The space becomes unbearably hot, making it practically impossible to work outside of these hours. 2) All payments need to be done manually, which is extremely inconvenient. There’s no option to pay on the website with a credit card, so recurring payments have to be made via manual bank transfer every month or paid in person at the office. A modern co-working space should offer the option for online payment. 3) They take a deposit of approximately one month’s fee for a hot desk. However, they apply the same rules to hot desking as they do to private offices, so returning the deposit can take as long as 60 days, which feels excessive. The process is also not automated: you have to ask for the deposit to be returned yourself. All in all, the staff are super friendly and we had a lovely time working here for a couple of months, but some things could be handled more smoothly. If you’re looking for a co-working space in Bangkok with gorgeous views and nice facilities (+ lots of restaurants + food trucks outside), this is the place. I think this is also the nicest location of all the JustCo offices in Bangkok.
