About
Tucked into Riverside, this cafe is easy to mistake for an art gallery — the interior is that well designed. Once inside, the pastry selection and specialty coffee draw you in, with plenty of vegan options. A quiet, considered spot that rewards the detour.

At first, I honestly thought this place was an art gallery because the interior looks really nice and well designed. After walking in a bit more, I realized there was a café inside, so I decided to stop by. The vibe is great for relaxing and taking photos — definitely a nice spot to chill and grab a few shots. There are also plenty of good photo spots around the area nearby. The staff were friendly. I ordered a latte, and it was decent and easy to drink. The price is a bit higher than average, but it feels fair for the atmosphere you get.

I have been to a lot of Cafe's but this particular location stands above the rest. Nan is an absolute jewel of an asset to this company. Nan is prompt, cheerful. and always ready to go above and beyond to be one of the most helpfull people I have ever met at a Cafe. I will go out of my way just for the personal service and wonderful attitude she has as it help start my day off right. A+++++++++ The world needs more people like Nan. Highly recommend Sam Yod location!! Also, The menu is unique and full of surprises—you’ll find specialty drinks, rare blends, and delicious pastries. They make the pastries in house too. My personal favorites are the Chocolate Walnut Cookie New York Style (when they warm it up it just melts in your mouth), Nutella Hazelnut Croissant ( taste so good) and the Blueberry Crumble Mufflin (the sweetness doesn't over power the tart from the blueberry). Everything was so delicious. Whether you’re a die-hard coffee fan or just someone looking to explore something new, there’s plenty to enjoy. Definitely will be back!!
