We came to celebrate our birthday and honeymoon, and it was truly an amazing experience filled with beautiful memories for both of us. It’s a wonderful place to stay — relaxing, comfortable, and perfect for a special occasion. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles — especially K. Aun and the F&B team for making our mornings extra special with the lovely breakfast. Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team and the front office team, Khun Charles and Khun Num, for arranging such a beautiful room for us. Everything you have done will always be part of our life’s most precious memories. We are truly grateful and look forward to coming back to your hotel again soon. 💕

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at – and I’ve stayed in quite a few high-end hotels around the world. Kromo Hotel Bangkok really sets a new standard. From the moment you arrive, you can tell the team genuinely cares. The staff speak very good English, are incredibly polite, and always happy to help with anything. The service feels warm and authentic, not forced. One of the absolute highlights is the breakfast concept. There’s a continental breakfast buffet from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, plus an à la carte breakfast available from 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM (!!!). That’s amazing. If you’ve been out enjoying Bangkok’s nightlife or just prefer sleeping in, you can still have a proper breakfast without rushing. I’ve honestly never seen this level of flexibility anywhere else. It’s modern hospitality done right. The rooms are simply perfect — spotless, beautifully designed, and very modern. There’s a Nespresso machine with excellent local coffee capsules, which I loved. The toilet and bathroom are separated, which is such a smart detail and makes the stay even more comfortable. The lobby, restaurant, and bar are stunning as well — stylish but welcoming. Even the staff uniforms deserve a mention: chic and elegant, yet relaxed with sneakers. It perfectly matches the overall vibe of the hotel. Another huge plus: I was able to store my luggage with the concierge after check-out and still use the pool until my evening flight. They even have facilities where you can shower and change afterwards. That’s just fantastic and so thoughtfully designed. It really makes your departure day stress-free. All in all, this is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would come back anytime without hesitation.

Kromo Hotel – We had a wonderful stay at Kromo Hotel in Bangkok and would definitely rate it highly. The location is excellent — situated on a main street with very convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Despite being on a busy road, the rooms are very quiet. The hotel is cleverly designed so that guest rooms start only from the 10th floor, while the lower floors are dedicated to parking. This smart layout significantly reduces street noise and ensures a peaceful stay. The design of the hotel is beautiful and well thought out. The rooms are stylish, modern, and very well maintained. The staff is kind, attentive, and responsive to every request, which made the experience even more pleasant. The rooftop pool is lovely and relaxing, and the gym is nice and sufficient. Breakfast was very tasty, with high-quality dishes prepared to order. There are two things to keep in mind: during peak hours, the elevators can take quite a while to arrive, and at breakfast, there may be a noticeable wait time between ordering and receiving your dish. It seems the hotel may still be in a “soft opening” phase, so these are likely areas that will improve. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Negative Reviews
Great welcoming atmosphere and a youthful vibe. Location is very convenient, easy access to the BTS, about 5 mins walk to EmSphere, and right on the famous Sukhumvit Road. The room looked nice and comfortable, though it lacked some basic bathroom amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, have to asked for it. However, there was a noticeable sewage-like smell coming from the lobby, which also appeared in my room at night. After contacting support, a maintenance worker came and worked on the bathroom drain for about 30 minutes before the smell improved. This unfortunately affected the overall experience. The soundproofing was also not very good…I could often hear staff LINE notification sounds and noise from the walls or upstairs. Thanks to the staff who kindly offered in-room breakfast when I couldn’t tolerate the smell in the lobby. Overall still a decent stay, but the hotel should consider fixing the smell issue and improving soundproofing.

I stayed at KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton from 1–6 March in Room 1601, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On 2 March — which was also my wedding anniversary — my spouse and I returned to the hotel at around 11pm after a massage, only to discover that there was no cold running water in our room (only hot water which we can’t shower in). My body and face were covered in massage oil and I couldn’t shower. We called reception immediately and a technician came up briefly, said he would investigate, and then left. We received no update after that. From around midnight onwards, we called reception twice to ask for updates. The concierge phone operator, Ann, repeatedly said she could not confirm the status and would update us. However, no proactive follow-up call was made. We waited until 3am with no communication. What was most upsetting was the lack of empathy. Not once did Ann apologise for the inconvenience, nor acknowledge how frustrating the situation was. We felt dismissed. Only when we called again at 3am were we told to check ourselves whether the water was working and, if so, to go ahead and shower. After waiting three hours without updates, that response was extremely disappointing. As a new hotel, we also expected better room standards. Unfortunately, we noticed yellow stains on the basins and floor, visible water marks on the small dining table, and an unpleasant stench on the pillows. The room did not feel clean or well maintained. What was meant to be a meaningful wedding anniversary night turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. The lack of communication, absence of basic empathy, and cleanliness issues fell far below expectations for a Hilton property. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service training and housekeeping standards.
