Very unprofessional customer service! Basic, simple things like changing address with the carrier takes forever! I think it’s all the result of a very bad management and training!

Very unprofessional and slow service. Everything is going through email attachments, and the whole process is set up to ensure they wear you down and give up on your claim. Every reply takes weeks to get, between each email. No interest by the team to help complete the claim, they obviously have KPI on how many claims they can reject,or prevent from being completed. 2 times i have made legit claims through my Citibank Thailand coverage, and both times they are being so difficult and delay the process so much to avoid paying This is one of key reasons why im terminating my Citibank relationship.
