Excellent! They saved our trip last-minute! Previously we had booked a car with another company but that booking fell through ON THE DAY OF OUR TRIP. We were worried that we would have to cancel the whole trip and frantically called other rental companies in Bangkok, that all didn't have any cars available that same day anymore. But then we found this company and they had an available Toyota Yaris for us. When we raced there with a taxi, documents and everything only took 15mins and today, when we returned the car we IMMEDIATELY received our 3k baht deposit back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Recommended for car renters in Bangkok! Book through the website and then prepare cash $3k deposit baht and your x days of rent. Reach early 15 mins to settle paperwork, take your own video of the car and make sure any pre damages are informed. Overall, hassle free and was steady with the booking. Got back my deposit upon returning of car. Very smooth! Will book again when I am back in Bangkok. Thank you Lumphini team!

My girlfriend and I rented a Toyota Vios from them. It was very easy to retrieve the car, and handing it back was simple too. The car had a lot of exterior dents and scratches (which is not a problem the car drivers fine) so I was worried they might try to blame me, but they didn’t and were very honest, even pointing out some defects my camera might of missed.
