We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mekhe. From the booking to the day itself, everything went exactly as it should. We received plenty of information, the driver was on time, very friendly, spoke good English, and gave us great tips. The day after tomorrow we have another trip planned, and I’m really looking forward to it. The car was spotless. Everything was as expected — or even better. We did find it a bit unusual that the full amount had to be paid in advance, but it turned out there was no need to worry — the service is excellent.

Professional private driver service 100% reliable - highly recommended. We used the services of Mekhe Transport twice while we were holidaying in Thailand recently. Airport pickup was arranged via website in advance and went without a hitch with polite professional driver service. We also pre booked private driver for pickup from Chiang Rai Airport and drop off to our hotel in Chiang Kong. We pre arranged some stops at temples and sites along the way as well as lunch enroute and the overall experience, quality of vehicle provided and timing was perfect. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service and very efficent booking. I booked online and within 1 hour I have received a booking confirmation. Once arrived at Bangkok Airport they were waiting in the main terminal with a sign with our name. The driver were very polite and stopped for a small rest. We had the pleasure of being driven around in one of their Mercedes S500. The car were very clean and the comfort were amazing!

We used this company six times for airport transfers while traveling with our infant Overall, we found the service overpriced and problematic in several ways. Despite paying online, they always required us to pay cash for the infant seat on top of the booking price. The drivers don't speak English and have no experience with car seats, so you're completely on your own More concerning is that we requested a rear-facing infant seat for every booking, but they consistently provided forward-facing seats instead. On our last trip, the situation became completely unacceptable - the infant seat's belt was broken Since it was 2 a.m. with no other options, we were forced to travel to the airport with our baby on our lap, which was extremely unsafe and stressful Despite this dangerous situation, the driver still insisted we pay for the non-functioning infant seat. We complained to the company and they said they would look into it and follow up with us. After waiting and following up again ourselves, we never received any response I would caution other families with young children to look elsewhere

Future user, please ensure you have exact on hand. Drivers will tell you he do not have change and you will end up paying a hell lot more. Oldest trick in the world. And I thought thailands tourism have moved on from this.
