The brand looks impressive on social media, but the real service is completely unprofessional. There was no proper fitting or alteration service - only the length was adjusted. On the pickup day, nothing was prepared and I had to wait unnecessarily. The store claimed to open at 11:00 AM, yet was clearly not ready to serve customers. This experience was a waste of time and expectations. Definitely my first and last time with this brand.
