December 2025: I am a Level 8 contributor (>450 reviews) on Google and regularly review eateries and experiences both in Asia and Melbourne. I came across this eatery in social media and decided to check it out. I ordered a set menu which comes with 160 gm of chicken meat, rice and soup. 👍👍👍 The chicken is authentically Singaporean because the skin has a "bouncy" texture indicating that it has a cold ice dip after being poached. Thai style chicken usually lack this bounciness in the skin. The meat was superbly soft, indicating a slow, poaching process. As other reviewers have pointed, food could have been warmer. My chicken rice was not warm when it was served. The separate bowl of soup tasted delicious. There were 3 condiments of sauces: a Thai style chilli sauce, a Singapore style tangy chilli sauce and a Cantonese style ginger/spring onion sauce. This eatery is not exactly near to a BTS station. The nearest was Ratchadewi, and it was a 550 m walk along narrow paths, next to construction sites. Not exactly the most convenient way to reach the place. I highly recommend this eatery if you are in the area.

The best chicken rice I’ve had in Bangkok! There is always a queue outside during lunch time, so better avoid that period if you don’t want to wait for long long time. The classic chicken rice is the BEST, the flavoured rice, the chicken, even the sauces are perfectly made. I’ve tried the fried chicken too but not as good as the classic one. It was too good I even got takeaway before I got to the airport and ate while waiting to board. It was still good when it’s cold 🥹
