I went here today with my friends and his dog for X-RAY as it’s the nearest hospital to us, when we reached there, we asked for X-RAY prize, the guy said 650. So we go for it. He wasn’t able to explain the result or what he was showing to us in the screen, he then just recommended steroid. I said alright, we will go for MRI to the other hospital. Before agreeing to the steroid thing, I asked for price first…. he said no payment, we all heard it, CCTV will prove it. Moving forward, when it’s time to pay, the staff charged us 1,000 for X-RAY and 500+ for the medicine. I was shocked, I asked the staff “I thought the guy said no payment”, the other staff made a little laugh about what I said but since it’s medicine, we were okay to pay for it (although that guy staff in white said no payment) But… What we had problem with is the X-RAY price. I tried to tell the other staffs that it’s not the price that the guy mentioned, and if there was additional thing he needed to do he needed to let us know first. He tried so hard to make himself look innocent with all the LIES he told us. Firstly, the steroid and then the price of the X-RAY. We talked as nicely as we could, but I did not let him FOOL us and pay for the amount we didn’t agreed about. To all thinking of coming here, I recommend to be aware of the prices and services you want to do, if not they will charge you as much as they want and do services you didn’t ask for.

my experience may differ from yours, that is completely okay, but I would like to state my complaint coming here I was recommended by someone in the same neighborhood. Our cat was a rescued, went to clinics a couple times but wasn’t familiar with many vet visit. That fact was ignored by the veterinarians we met and putted my cat in an uncomfortable position. During examinations, another veterinarian had grabbed my cat by her scruff which was a sign on inexperience as it should be common sense not to grab an adult cat by the back of their neck ( coming from a to-be veterinary student ). Before the vaccine , none of the vets bothered to calm my cat down or massage the spot that was injected on and resulted in a horrible buldging rash that must be treated further. Getting my cat vaccinated here was a great regret and so I have another thing to worry about.
