Quite limited gym equipment and overall experience with it as it is very small for such a densely populated condominium. However, this is the only drawback to otherwise perfect accommodation, staff is extremely responsive, location is good, rooms are quite big. Highly recommend if u don’t really care for gym

I lived in this condominium for 2'5 years and my rate is 4 out of 5. It’s a very good option if you’re considering living here specially if you're alone or with your couple. Management: Everything is managed through a mobile app, from bookings to requests, so get used to it. Units: Apartments range from 28–50 m², with 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchen. Finishes are average. Cleaning & Maintenance: The building is clean and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and professional. Events & Community: Food trucks visit every two weeks, and 3–4 annual events like Loi Krathong, Halloween, and Christmas are organized. Kids enjoy them. Neighbors of the apartments near the pool sometimes complain about noise from the pool area 🤷 Facilities: Swimming pool: Large, beautiful, open until 10 pm. Steps aren’t clearly marked, and floors are slippery when wet so be careful when walking around. Gym: Spacious and well-designed; usually crowded from 5–8 pm. Enough equipment to stay in shape, though a few more machines would help. Massage room: Free massage chairs on 47th Fl. Rooftop: Small urban garden with nice views. Workspaces & kitchen: Available in lobby and 47th floor; kitchen by reservation if you want to use it privately. Elevators: 5 passenger elevators + 1 service elevator. Clean and maintained but often slow, full, or delayed by residents refusing to board. At least one more passenger elevator is needed. Transportation: Shuttle van to BTS every 20 min peak / hourly off-peak. More frequent service would be better along the day. Children’s Playground: Attractive but with sharp angles and close to the road; useful but not fully relaxing for parents. Wear & Tear: Some facilities have aged: outdoor cinema missing projector/seats, boxing bag removed, micro-bubble jacuzzi out of service, rooftop telescope needs adjustment. Nearby: 8–20 min walk to Oak Restaurant, 7-Eleven, Suanplern Market, Makro, Big C/Tesco, Soi 36, Vimut Theptarin Hospital; Pad Thai Padel is very close. Future Considerations: Construction of XELF next door will affect east/south-facing units with noise, dust, and blocked views. Tips: North-facing units are quieter and cooler, west-facing is fine. Lower/mid floors avoid long waits in elevators. Hidden gem: 22nd floor has a small quiet garden.

Liked the building it looks upscale and well maintained. The only down side is that a lot of parking slots aren't covered. The location itself is good.

Negative Reviews
I would like to raise a concern about one “sissy” staff member at the condo juristic office. While most staff are polite and professional, this individual appeared unwilling to assist, with an unwelcoming expression and dismissive tone, making me feel like my request was a burden. I have also observed other guests experiencing similar treatment. Front desk roles require courtesy and service-mindedness. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure consistent professionalism and respect for all residents. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by contacting Sansiri’s head office. Keep in mind that no one literally no one forced you to do this job krub. Thanks.

I want to share my honest experience regarding facility maintenance and management responsiveness. The women’s steam room has been out of service for a long time. I personally reported the issue back in October, and other female residents have been reporting it as well, but no repair was made and no temporary solution was provided. Despite multiple messages to the juristic office and even contacting Sansiri management, the issue remained unresolved. Management claimed the steam room had only been broken for two weeks, but I have screenshots from October showing otherwise. Throughout this time, female residents have had no access to any functioning steam room, and no compensation or alternative was offered. The responses I received from both the juristic office and Sansiri management were generic and did not help solve the problem. I’m sharing this so future residents are aware of ongoing maintenance and management issues, and I hope it encourages faster and more transparent communication in the future.
