The first ever hospital we brought our 2-week old kitten to 3 years ago—they were so kind and gentle. I love how they are always passionate to help out whenever we were facing any problems raising a kitten. They gave us a thorough instruction, and we can always Line them to ask for help; very responsive. After a year, we somehow moved to a different place where we changed our vet, mainly it is far from us. Yet, we could contact them for our cat’s vaccine history that is well recorded. After three years, we just got a chance to go back to the hospital for health certificates in order to bring our cat to Tokyo. It was such a sweet moment that the vets still remember our cat, and were willing to help out for the smoothest transition from Thailand to Japan. We are really really grateful to have brought our cat to the hospital. Highly recommended. They are ok with English as well. Love the service and love their hearts for their work. 🫶😻
