Paw House - Sukhumvit

I’m glad I chose Paw house as her first daycare, she was very happy and came home without any injuries. They made sure which group of dogs suit her before they let them play and also observed her personality. They also sent many photos and videos throughout the day and my baby loves it here :) This was just yesterday daycare and today we are bringing her to try boarding and grooming!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could rate higher, I would!) Our experience with **Paw House** was absolutely exceptional. Our dog was stuck in Thailand because of an expired vaccination, and after calling several companies with no luck, **Mike from Paw House** got back to us right away. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Within a day, Mike arranged for our pup to be picked up and brought safely to their facility. Due to all the bureaucratic red tape — from the CDC, airlines, and even the export department in Thailand — our dog had to stay with them for two months. It was a very stressful and emotional time for us, but Mike and his team went above and beyond. They cared for our dog like their own and sent us pictures twice a day, which truly gave us peace of mind. When it was finally time to bring our pup home, yet another airline issue came up. Once again, Mike stepped in immediately, helped us extend our dog’s stay another week, handled all the paperwork, and made sure everything went smoothly. **I cannot thank Mike and the Paw House team enough** for their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. If there were a 10-star option, they would deserve it!

We live in Pattaya and have tried different dog daycares and hotels in the past, but unfortunately, we often had bad experiences. Every time we picked up our dog Kora, she would come back with small wounds or issues. Paw House has been a completely different story. Yes, the price is higher than many other places, but the level of care and attention is truly unmatched. Every single day we receive updates, photos, and videos of Kora — something we’ve never experienced anywhere else. Their communication is excellent and always reassuring. We also love their free-cage concept. Instead of being locked in a kennel (even a glass one), Kora spends her days socializing and playing with other dogs. In Thailand, it’s not easy for dogs to make friends because of the many stray dogs around, so this environment is a real gift. Another huge plus is the cleanliness and safety. Unlike other places we’ve tried, Paw House asks for proper documentation and proof of vaccinations before accepting a dog. This gives us peace of mind knowing that Kora is surrounded by healthy, well-cared-for pets in a hygienic environment. When we pick her up, she is always happy and healthy — no wounds, no need to rush to the vet afterward. After our most recent two-week trip to Vietnam, we found her freshly bathed, smelling great, and even with her paw hair nicely trimmed. She looked amazing and so well cared for. We are honestly delighted with Paw House. If you truly care about your dog’s well-being and happiness, this is the best place in Bangkok.
