I’ve been a customer here for over a year, bringing my cat in for a wash and cut. Today, I booked the same service for 10 AM and arrived exactly on time. The front desk informed me that it would take 1.5–2 hours, so I left and returned around noon. When I asked if my cat was ready, the front desk went to check with the groomers. To my surprise, one of them loudly responded that I had “just brought my cat in. (เค้าเพิ่งเอาแมวมา)” I assume that was her way of saying it wasn’t finished. But, I had dropped my cat off two hours earlier, not moments ago. I don’t mind waiting longer if necessary, but I found the way she responded rude and dismissive. After I expressed my frustration, the front desk apologized on her behalf, explaining that it might have been a mix-up with another cat that had just arrived for the same service. I do appreciate that the groomer later pointed out a skin issue I had overlooked and advised me to consult a vet. For that, I’m very thankful. However, I do wish the communication had been more professional and considerate.
