Came here for a drop in class. Lots of trainers around. Do your own thing style except for pad work (4 rounds, wasn’t sure how many minutes). The gym has hand wraps, gloves, shin pads, all can be used so no need to bring if you don’t have. 500 thb for a session. Overall had a good workout, although I would not recommend training full time here because of the lack of structure. Need to be both very discipline and intentional to improve in such an environment. Thais train separately

Great gym in BKK, offering many pad holders, dedicated older khru's for technik part of training ... i personaly always come here. Training is from 14-18 so when You apear You can start ... which is also convinient

This is my first time trying Muay Thai and the instructors are very experienced and patient. I really enjoy the session and will definitely come again!

I trained here once, the session was 45min. The training consisted of 4 rounds of pads and 4 rounds of very light sparring with the coach, and then it was finished. (the 4 rounds of sparring were not even 3min each, maybe 1min each...) During the pads, it was very basic: mostly 1–2 and right kick combinations, everything done with the right side. There were no new techniques shown, no variations, and I wasn’t corrected on my technique at any point, which was a bit disappointing, especially for someone looking to improve. On the positive side, the gym does provide water and a towel, and you can shower at the gym, which is convenient and appreciated. Overall, it may be okay for a very light session, but if you’re looking for technical feedback, detailed instruction, or more variety in training, this might not be the best fit.
