Local street food may be found in Soi Plaeng Nam on Yaowarat Road. I like roasted pork and crispy pork with rice better than chicken rice. You'll see that many people are stopping to eat here during the meal.

I tried this place out for breakfast one morning while staying in chinatown. It was super fast and delicious. I tried the chicken and rice. The rice was very tasty. The chicken was very nice and tender without being dry. I also really loved the sauce that came with it. It had nice big chunks of ginger and garlic, along with some chilis. The staff were really nice too! If you want a quick, delicious breakfast option in chinatown, I'd give it a shot!

Alright, let’s judge this on reputation , because that’s the intention. They use domestic chicken, as i read, the chicken was decent, and the skin was crunchy and nice. Rice was fragrant, but the textures didn’t go well and when eaten everything combined, it isn’t as good as expected, I thought this place will be ironic, but actually it’s not as that good, when you eat everything together. I personally think that domestic chicken doesn’t really pair well with chicken rice, but we have different taste palettes, i personally prefer Singaporean Chicken Rice more than Thai.
