The shop features seating across two floors and offers a friendly atmosphere with cheerful staff. It can get quite busy at times, and tables may occasionally be fully occupied. The coffee is delicious, with a wide variety of choices available.

Ports is a small charming coffee ☕️ place located close to Wat Pho (Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Rajwaramahawihan). The place got a charming interior. I had a sesame latte (cold) and a canele. Both were delicious. The canele was soft inside. The staff was friendly and great. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood

A very long overdue review for PORTS Coffee Shop, but definitely one they deserve. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels incredibly welcoming and relaxing, the kind of place where you can slow down and enjoy your time. The coffee was excellent, and paired with their canelé, it was a great combination. What really makes this place stand out though is the staff. They are amazingly friendly, warm, and genuine. Don’t be shy to speak to them 😊, they’re lovely people who add so much to the experience. Can’t wait to come back again!!!

This has become my go-to coffee shop whenever I come to work. I used to get coffee from another shop, but after trying a few new places, I found this one. It’s tucked away in a small alley and requires a bit of walking, but the coffee is really good, so I kept coming back and eventually became a regular. The staff are always welcoming, and there are usually several staff members working in the shop. Overall, I really enjoy the coffee and the atmosphere. However, there is one small thing that has bothered me for a long time. Every time I leave the shop, I never hear a “thank you” from the staffs. I’ve been here dozens of times and have also brought my friends, siblings, and parents here many times, but I haven’t heard anyone thank us when we leave. I believe it’s such a small gesture, but it makes customers feel appreciated. Today was the first time I heard a staff member say “thank you” when a foreign customer was leaving. It honestly made me wonder: Are Thai customers simply not noticed or appreciated in the same way? I don’t expect anything special—just a simple “thank you” when leaving. I really like this café and the coffee, which is why I keep coming back. I just hope that every customer, regardless of nationality, can receive the same level of attention and appreciation. Today, I finally got my answer: maybe the staff didn’t forget to thank customers after all—they simply choose which customers they want to thank.
