HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Even if emirates offers a free chauffeur from this company. DO NOT TAKE IT. Waste of time, no communication, and not professional at all. Take a taxi to the airport instead. You’ll be WAYYY better off and get there on time for your flight. Will be complaining to emirates as well.

Emirates should use different supplier. Not up to standard as everywhere else in the world! Wrong arrival information provided, and on departure they contacted us via WhatsApp, email and SMS for a transfer that had been booked and confirmed months ago. And then the chauffeur takes a picture of you and you have to sign off on the service- where in the world is that necessary? We booked that online and Emirates should brief company that this paper trail is not convenient for business and first class passengers!

Worse than Grab at 3x the price. I was greeted by the airport entrance. There is no any booth, just one tiny girl who also tried to help with luggage. Of course I refused and so should you. So you are dragging your own bags. The car was not there, and I had to wait. The Camry was not in any way new or luxurious. A typical private Camry, cluttered, hot and humid inside, with the darkest and cheapest tint on the market (literally pitch black with writings all over it, I felt like I arrived into a prison camp instead of central Sukhumvit, and this spoiled my first impression and my mood for the next few days). The driver tried to avoid the toll road. I had to tell him to use the express way. He was driving 80 kmh on a 100+ road, we were the slowest car on the road - again, I had to tell him to drive properly. Clearly, the driver was trying to save on petrol, toll fees, and AC usage, as his compensation for this trip was a fixed amount. I also had to ask the driver to please turn off the radio. The only two English words I heard from him were "faster" and "forty" (minutes), despite the company claiming their drivers speak English. I gave the company two chances to make things right. All I heard back was "we apologize for inconvenience" and "we can give you 5% discount on your next ride". On my ride back to the airport, I pre-booked a Grab for 650 THB which is a 65% discount compared to Primex. The Camry assigned by Grab arrived in advance, was in immaculate condition, cool and dry inside, no annoying music, and the driver was happily waiting outside the car ready to help with bags, even though he saw me coming with a bellboy.
