I brought my daughter (dog) for her first grooming session at this shop and was so impressed! 🐶🐱✨ From the moment we stepped in, the owner was lovely, smiling, and gave great advice. She paid attention to every detail, asking about her skin and fur condition and the style we wanted before starting. During the bath and grooming, we could see she was being gentle and unhurried. My daughter is usually timid, but here she seemed relaxed and not panicked like usual. The perfume and shampoo had a light, pleasant scent, not overpowering, making her fur incredibly soft and fluffy. 🤍 After the bath, they cleaned her ears, trimmed her nails, and brushed her fur. The style turned out beautifully – she looked so cute and doll-like with her round face! We could take pictures right away! 😆 In short, I was impressed with the service, the price, and the attentiveness. I felt safe and happy for my daughter. If you're looking for a great grooming shop with excellent service and attentive care, I highly recommend this one! 💗✨

Walking into the shop, I felt like I was visiting a nanny. Everyone was friendly, the service was lovely, and they were skilled, fast, and had good techniques. They made sure the dogs weren't stressed. They also provided boarding services, divided into rooms that were just the right size so they weren't cramped. Overall, it was excellent. When I visited, another customer's dog ran up to the owner, as if they'd known each other for 10 years. He was so sweet.
