City center it convenient to BTS Airport line ! Outside of apartment there is many major department like Central world,Gesorn Plaza, Louis Vuitton Café, platinum, nearby Novatel Hotel Amari Watergate, the Beckley, Hotel ! Nice place to stay, in front of Condo there is go cart also !

Everything is always clean, helpful reception, everyone always smiling and helpful.. the view is just jawbreaking.. amazing 360 infinity pool with a breathtaking view... Also 360 gym same view.. very good security.. nice and quiet neighbors.. great working space.. game room.. sauna and jacuzzi tub.. just incredible!

Place is very convenient, excess to Big C , pratuman, platinum mall, Central mall and even 7 eleven is juz round d corner..my daughter book 2 bedroom apartments n we stay on lvl 15 with nice view from my room..nicely funish wf almost everything new..worth staying...

I rented a 1 bedroom condo for a month during my visit to Bangkok. Condo is less than 10 years old. Location is great and staffs are friendly. However, they have major problem with cockroaches. Landlord sprayed the unit twice during my stay and it didn't solve the problem. The main door of the unit has about half an inch gap between the floor and the door. If you go and throw out garbage, you will see a lot of small cockroaches. So disappointing. View from the rooftop is great and they also have work station/meeting room. Pool is a bit too cold because it is not under the sun and not heated.
