Pet owners find fair pricing, attentive care, and a team whose kindness and patience transform vet visits into positive experiences.
The clinic offers expertise with exotic pets, with a specialist available Thursdays. The hospital plans 24/7 service beginning in October.
Rak Na Chan is a animal hospital that explains things clearly, doesn't over-medicate, and charges fairly for expertise you can feel. The staff speak English well, which removes a critical barrier for expats seeking care for sick pets. They've treated infected eyes, fevers, and complex cases with the kind of attention that makes you return confidently. They also partner with local cat rescue foundations, a detail that says something about the clinic's actual values.

Helped with two sick cats. Please support this vet if you can please see why. Umberon had infected eyes. She is now in a different loving home. Peach has a fever. They are very helpful and explain in English well. I am also pleased to say they also help a stay cat foundation named catsanova - playroom & shelter (reservations only). It is a beautiful thing to do.

Love this place! I recommend this vet hospital to all my friends, they explain everything very well and they ask you the right questions. They dont over medicate my dog. I have been going here for 3 years now. Will be getting my dog spayed soon in this hospital as well.

Negative Reviews
They diagnosed that my cat got rabies when he was actually sick with pancreas inflammation. Reason was that they didnt carefully check his symptoms and after my cat passed away, the staffs in clinic talked loudly about my cat got rabies. It feel really suck when your cat passed away and got no respect from staffs and doctors. Cause only if they did diagnose better, my cat would still alive.
