We have rented a Yamaha Aerox for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. This is a great family-run shop managed by a mom and son duo, and their enthusiasm to give you the best, most seamless experience really shows. The deal was fair and transparent, and they went above and beyond by suggesting great places to visit and recommending local markets, shops, and fairs. Those tips actually made our trip better. A small but thoughtful touch—they even gave us water bottles when we came to pick up and return the scooter. The $100 deposit was returned immediately without any hassle. They ask you to take a short video of the bike during pickup and share it just for reference, but they hardly inspect the scooter on return. The whole process is based on trust, which is refreshing. They genuinely care—checking in on how the bike performed, asking for feedback on their recommendations, and always being ready to help if needed. If you’re looking for a reliable scooter rental with honest people and great service, I’d absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent experience renting a motorbike from Roadmates Motorbike & Scooter Rental and Motorbike Tour Bangkok. The whole process was super smooth and hassle-free.
